And this story definitely could be expanded, and in fact, should be. So many potential ideas here - who stays, who goes, and why. At the risk of being too forward (since I don't know you very well), I think it's time that you did this, assuming that you haven't already done so. You've got the talent, no questions there, and you've been honing your skills over these past few years. Go for it!
