i like the feeling of anticipation and introspection as the journey passes and the destination approaches :) makes it feel tangibly like a journey to me, as it's the sort of thoughts and emotion that run through my own head on that sort of trip.
The delivery (with the punctuation of the distances) reminded me of the narrated diary entries in the film Pi. good stuff, man :)
