Awesome. Thanks. I'm actually from Vancouver but I moved to Scotland in 99 and moved back here about two years ago. My dad was from Glasgow, though, so I grew up around a pretty thick Scottish accent, much like Mike Myers. Every time I tried a Scottish accent while I was in Scotland, however, it was met with derision and loud insults. Like from my friends. Consequently, I never really developed an accent but you hear a little lilt creep in when I'm over there. I go back a couple times a year on average.
