skonen_bladesNot sure. I was thinking the other day about what I would looks like as Darth Maul or more to the point, what Darth Maul would look like with a beard and long hair. I think it looks pretty good. I'm no photoshop expert so I know there are flaws but you get the idea. What do you think?
And what do you think would make a good name for this particular Sith?

Also given that you're supposed to renounce your old life when you become a Sith lord, it would be more thematic to not have any elements of your name at all in there. Make up something menacing and beardy!
That being said.
I vote for Darth Dunkin just because I love donuts. You could be the evil donut overlord. The possibilities!

Date: 23 Apr 2010 15:13 (UTC)The eyeballs, hover-droid, and lightsaber were Photoshop-enhanced, but otherwise it's all real.
The shirt was the result of my lack of foresight; he came and sat down in his Mickey sweatshirt and I painted him up and then realised that to get it off I'd have to pull the rather tight neck over his fresh paint. So Li'l Darth Maul was a little more casual than one would normally expect.
He was very patient as I did the face paint. Later, when I showed him this Photoshopped image, he stared at it for a long time, like he didn't have the words for the questions he wanted to ask. You know, like "My lightsaber doesn't usually look like that," or "Were you hiding the droid behind me that whole time?" or "Hey. My EYES. Fucker."
