Watching that dude's other videos, namely 'Megalomaniac' by Incubus made me realize something.

I think it means, he likes her but she doesn't respect herself. She's basically like a whore or something but he's all like "With me, you can have a good life!" but she's fairly clued out, indifferent, and flighty. Mean, uncaring Eric Roberts owns her and plucky young Lead Singer wants to save her. Symbolism abounds and I think the hero wins the girl in the end, vapid as she may be.
