I was in the WISE the other day and this unbelievably hot, hip instagram couple walked in from a whole other movie. She's all white summer dress and blonde hair and thick brows looking like a young Sally Kellerman meets Elizabeth Olsen. Her tattooed, rangy, bearded, muscled-but-not-jacked boyfriend breezes in behind her. They've spent a day at the beach, I guess. Rapturous about the day they've spent together. They're SO into each other. They look so happy and friendly. I'm not into men but even I wanted to snuggle into his beard. She was a commercial for a better life. Then they make make out in the middle of every second sentence, sipping their drinks, off in their own world.
I tell you. I was drinking some bitter, bitter jealousy/envy straight from the bottle. I had to leave. I mean, good for them and everything but jesus christ. It shocked me how dark I felt looking at those two. It was like I was spying from another country.
